Do I have to submit Herff Jones Graphics files to the plant?

No. Every printing facility has a copy of every Graphics file so they don't need to be submitted with your Adobe® InDesign®, Adobe® PageMaker® or QuarkXPress™ files. But any other graphic and scanned or digital photo has to be submitted along with your electronic files.

Also, make sure your graphic has been placed properly on the page:

  • in InDesign®, by going to the File menu and selecting Place.
  • in PageMaker®, by going to the File menu and selecting Place.
  • in Quark™, by going to the File menu and selecting Get Picture.
